These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and policies that apply when booking and staying with Elite Suites (“we”, “our”, “us”). By making a booking, you agree to these terms.

1. Booking & Payment

• Bookings are confirmed once full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept payments through our website and approved payment providers.
• Prices include utilities, WiFi, and professional cleaning prior to arrival, unless otherwise stated.

2. Check-in & Check-out

• Standard check-in: from 3:00 PM.
• Standard check-out: by 10:00 AM.
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request (fees apply).

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before arrival: full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival: non-refundable.
• No-shows are treated as cancellations and are non-refundable.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests must:

• Treat the property and neighbours with respect.
• Keep noise to a minimum, particularly between 10 PM – 8 AM.
• Not smoke inside the property.
• Not host parties or unauthorised events.
• Leave the property in a clean and tidy condition.

5. Damages & Security

• Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused during their stay.
• Costs for repairs, replacements, or extra cleaning will be charged to the guest’s payment method.
  
  

6. Liability

• Elite Suites is not liable for:
  • Loss or damage to guests’ personal belongings.
  • Injury or accidents occurring during the stay, unless caused by our negligence.
• Guests should ensure they have appropriate travel insurance.

7. Privacy & Data

• We collect and process personal data in line with GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
• Information may be shared with third parties (e.g., payment providers, property managers) only as required for your booking.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
• Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
